Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Manage end-to-end data collection, organization, and maintenance for all L&D programs. Track training program status, including completions, attendance, feedback, and certifications. Collaborate with trainers, L&D partners, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely reports. Qualifications : 5-6 years of total work experience, with 2-3 years in MIS or reporting roles. Experience in data management, reporting, and analytics preferably within L&D or HR functions. Strong hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions), Google Sheets, and Power BI.
