Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of company policies and procedures and be capable of assisting customers with policy-related queries. The role also involves identifying and resolving technical, pharmaceutical, and diagnostic errors, as well as maintaining dashboards and handling customer communication.

Key Responsibilities1. Policy Assistance

  • Assist customers in understanding and adding policies.
  • Provide clear guidance and clarification on policy-related queries.

2. Technical Error Handling

  • Analyze technical errors.
  • Transfer unresolved issues to the respective department for timely resolution.

3. Pharmaceutical Error Resolution

  • Address medication-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate guidance on medicine-related doubts and issues.

4. Diagnosis Error Management

  • Handle location discrepancies and doctor availability issues.
  • Process and verify reimbursement requests efficiently.

5. Dashboard Maintenance

  • Create and maintain weekly dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.

6. Microsoft Outlook & Excel

  • Use Microsoft Outlook for professional communication.
  • Work extensively on Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.

7. Customer Query Handling

  • Address customer queries via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to all customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in a similar MIS or operations role (insurance or healthcare preferred).
  • Strong understanding of company policies and operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook & Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Additional Requirements

  • Adaptability to evolving processes and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality.
