Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain, update, and manage databases, dashboards, and MIS systems.
Prepare and circulate management reports for decision-making.
Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely reporting of information.
Support management in planning, forecasting, and business performance tracking.
Automate reports and processes for efficiency improvement.
Handle data reconciliation and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Provide ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
Coordinate with different departments to gather required data and ensure smooth MIS functioning.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination ability.
Ability to work with large volumes of data.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (fresher with strong Excel skills may also apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
