Job Description

Job Description: MIS Executive

Location: Howrah, Shibpur
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Prepare dashboards, performance reports, and data summaries.
Manage and analyze data using Advanced Excel & Google Sheets.
Create pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, MIS dashboards, and other reporting tools.
Ensure accuracy of data and timely reporting to management.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify data.
Support management with data-driven insights and reports.
Maintain records, documentation, and databases.

Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Data Validation, etc.)
Good working knowledge of Google Sheets (sharing, formulas, dashboards).
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream.
Experience in MIS/Data Entry/Reporting will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong Excel & Google Sheet knowledge can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
