Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and circulate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for e-commerce business operations. Monitor online sales performance, product listings, order tracking, and customer metrics across platforms (E Commerce). Generate reports on inventory, pricing, discounts, and stock movements to support the sales and operations team. Conduct data analysis to identify sales trends, consumer behavior, and campaign effectiveness. Reconcile orders, payments, and returns across e-commerce platforms and coordinate with accounts/finance for accuracy. Support the e-commerce team in dashboard creation, automation of reports, and data validation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts) for report requirements. Maintain data accuracy and ensure reports are submitted within the defined timelines. Assist in business forecasting and budgeting using MIS data. Highlight discrepancies, provide actionable insights, and recommend process improvements. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) and Google Sheets . Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (added advantage). Good understanding of E-commerce business operations (Sales, Inventory, Returns, Payments). Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to handle large data sets and present in a simplified format. Effective communication and coordination skills.
