The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to facilitate strategic decision-making within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Data Analysis & Reporting** - Analyze large datasets to discover trends, patterns, and insights. - Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel and other relevant tools. - Offer actionable recommendations based on data insights. - **Advanced Excel Expertise** - Develop and maintain intricate Excel models utilizing formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA/macros. - Automate reporting processes and enhance data workflows through Excel-based solutions. - **Database Management** - Manage, clean, and maintain extensive databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Access, etc.). - Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all systems. - **Collaboration & Communication** - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend data requirements and deliver insights. - Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely. - Support data-driven decision-making across various departments. **Qualifications Required:** - Any Degree - 5+ years of experience in data analysis and database management. - Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA. - Strong background in relational databases. - Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL skills are advantageous. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
