MIS & Accounts Executive

Position: MIS & Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 5+ years

We are looking for a dynamic and committed accounts professional with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the NGO sector. The candidate will primarily manage Management Information System (MIS) reporting and support key finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage MIS reports by extracting data from SAP

Prepare customized reports for management and decision-making

Handle statutory payments and ensure timely compliance (TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)

Follow up and track advances given

Perform supplier reconciliations and maintain vendor accounts

Monitor and prepare vendor liability ageing reports

Assist in periodic financial reviews and reconciliations

Coordinate with the audit team for data and clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in commerce/accounting or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Prior experience in an NGO/trust setup is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
