Youll be running the entire Instagram show from concept to camera to community. Role: Cinematic Instagram Content Creator Intern Location: Bangalore On-site Duration: 6 months with PPO | Stipend: INR 15K per month | PPO (if everything goes well): INR 12LPA Your mission: Conceptualize Instagram content ideas that fit murms vision and cinematic aesthetic. Shoot cinematic reels beautifully framed, well-lit, and emotionally engaging. Edit reels & posts with precision color grading, sound design, and smooth transitions. Write captions that feel as good as they look. Post & schedule content for maximum reach and engagement. Engage with the audience (comments, DMs, tags) to build a community. Track & analyze performance to refine future ideas. Spot trends early and adapt them into murms unique visual language. What were looking for: Skilled in shooting + editing (DSLR/Mirrorless + Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve). Strong aesthetic sense for cinematic visuals, color grading, and storytelling. Familiarity with Instagram Reels trends and how to elevate them. Ability to handle end-to-end content creation independently. Creative writing skills for captions that match the mood of the visuals. Preferred: An active Instagram creator with at least 5,000 or more followers who knows how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.
