Configure and manage Replication (Transactional, Merge, Snapshot) across environments. Set up and troubleshoot Linked Servers for secure remote database connections. Optimize query performance using execution plans, indexing, statistics, and DMVs. Automate maintenance tasks using T-SQL, PowerShell, and SQL Server Agent Jobs. Monitor database health and performance using native and third-party tools. Lead or participate in database migrations, upgrades, and patching activities. Create, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for DBA operations. Mentor and support junior DBAs through hands-on guidance, reviews, and technical leadership. Promote knowledge sharing within the team through documentation and training sessions. Stay up-to-date on the latest SQL Server technologies Ensure database security and compliance Participate in 24x7 on-call support for production systems and incident resolution.
