This role involves speaking with customers, handling order enquiries, preparing and decorating hampers according to each order. The position is commission-based , and additional service charges are provided for hamper-related work. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling Make outbound calls to customers regarding enquiries and follow-ups. Explain hamper options, prices, and customization choices. Convert leads into confirmed orders. Maintain accurate call notes and communication updates. Hamper Making Create complete hamper setups based on instructions. Arrange, decorate, and pack hampers neatly and beautifully. Handle materials, props, and packaging items carefully. Ensure hampers meet quality and presentation standards. Complete hampers on time for delivery/dispatch. Requirements Strong communication and telephone handling skills. Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to make hampers independently after guidance. Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Willing to learn new styles and designs. Previous telecalling experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Compensation Commission on every confirmed order. Service charge per hamper for packing/setup support. Schedule Flexible working hours. Timing depends on enquiry flow and order workload.
