Experience: 1โ€“3 years (Healthcare or clinic experience preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a courteous, efficient, and organised Receptionist/Administrator to be the face of our Hair Transplant Clinic. This role is crucial in providing an excellent first impression and smooth administrative support to ensure a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally. Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and respond to inquiries promptly. Manage patient appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic management software. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Collect consultation charges, maintain billing records, and handle payments. Generate daily/weekly reports of appointments, payments, and inventory if required. Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area. Patient Coordination Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes. Explain basic clinic services and procedures to patients when required. Coordinate with the medical and technical team for smooth patient flow. Operational Support Maintain stock of front-desk supplies and basic medical inventory (e.g., forms, brochures, consent papers). Handle courier, vendor, and administrative errands when required. Assist in clinic promotions, social media scheduling (optional), and patient review collection. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or salon/spa reception is desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (if applicable). Proficiency in MS Office and clinic software (training will be provided). Pleasing personality, professional grooming, and patient-centric attitude. Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality. Working Hours: 9:30 AM โ€“ 7 PM, 6 days a week (Wednesday Off) Job Type: Full-time Pay: โ‚น15,000.00 - โ‚น20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
