The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Tiger Team Member with a passion for solution design to support our value engineers in driving data-driven business transformations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Value Engineering, Sales, and Product Management teams to craft tailored architectures for prospects and customers, ensuring that our solutions meet their performance, data security, and business objectives. Your primary focus will be to provide technical expertise that enhances the ability of value engineers to deliver impactful solutions. By addressing technical blockers and aligning system integrations with the customer s strategic goals, you will accelerate the adoption of our platform and support the end-to-end value journey for customers. Working with both new prospects and existing customers, you ll enable our value engineers to unlock measurable business impact across various industries. The work you ll do: Collaborating with value engineers to ensure solutions align with client objectives and support the entire value journey Work closely with value engineers to understand client business goals and translate these into technical solutions that align with their strategic vision. By ensuring that architectural designs and integration strategies fully support the client s needs, you help maximize the impact of value engineers efforts, driving customer satisfaction and long-term platform success. Developing reusable technical assets, position papers, and thought leadership materials that enable consulting teams and accelerate platform adoption Create and maintain a library of reusable assets, including architecture templates, integration frameworks, and position papers that can be leveraged by consulting teams. These assets help streamline project execution, ensuring consistency and quality in implementations, while also promoting the technical advantages of the platform through thought leadership. Providing guidance on technical design, performance optimization, and security in both pre-sales and post-sales environments Serve as the technical authority throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales discussions to post-sales deployment. You will advise on architectural best practices, security standards, and performance improvements, helping to ensure that the solutions delivered are robust, scalable, and secure. Proficiency with Make, Celonis, and Python: Tiger Team members should be familiar with all three as they are part of the solution to all the problems we face. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Being able to work with and interpret data is key for making informed recommendations on improving asset, product, or process value. Problem-Solving Skills Analytical Thinking: Value engineering often involves finding cost-effective solutions without sacrificing functionality. The Construction Manager (CM) has the overall responsibility for managing all construction activities at the site, in collaboration with the Project Manager and in accordance with the Project Execution Plan. The CM working from the project office is responsible for the overall planning, direction, organization, and budgeting of all construction work, on the project to the highest safety and quality levels within time and costs constraints. The CM participates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees organization, scheduling and implementation strategy. The CM acts as the TCE representative for all relationships with the client or owner, local authorities, partners, contractors and vendors. Responsible for Modularization plans, constructability review and construction strategies Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activities. Provide development initiatives to create and sustain a holistic approach to the Construction Management Talent Pool. Manage subcontractors and vendors: Ensure their work is scheduled and coordinated well in advance. Provide direction as requested or required.
