As a Senior Mechanic/ Senior Technology Serviceman at Trakindo Utama in Kuala Kencana, ID, you will be responsible for reducing waste and contributing to continuous improvement in the heavy equipment technology sector. Your duties will include actively engaging in self-study to enhance your capabilities, developing SAR skills, and ensuring the safe execution of tasks while adhering to company regulations on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Additionally, you will be tasked with performing contamination control and safety activities, inspecting and preparing reports on warranty components, and utilizing Minestar Client for standard Command, Fleet, and Onboard System activities. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in completing all service administration and technology job processes in accordance with company standards, ensuring the quality of parts/components handed over to customers, and becoming a key point of contact for addressing heavy equipment technology issues. You will be expected to guide junior Servicemen, share knowledge with your peers, and conduct troubleshooting activities independently. Your role will also involve handling customer complaints, defining service requirements, and meeting completion targets with a focus on quality work. Moreover, you will be responsible for effectively communicating in service delivery, maintaining tools and equipment in optimal conditions, and performing tasks such as disassembling/assembling technology components, preventive maintenance, and testing and adjusting technology configurations.
