Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility. Plan, create, and manage a comprehensive social media calendar with diverse and engaging content. Provide end-to-end support, from content ideation to delivery and execution. Collaborate with designers or lead a graphic design team to produce high-quality visuals. Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a fresh and relevant online presence. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a successful portfolio of campaigns. In-depth knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and their algorithms. Exceptional content creation skills, including storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking. Analytical expertise with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others. Preferably: Access to or collaboration with a graphic design team for seamless execution. Based in Hyderabad or available for occasional on-site collaboration.
