Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets across all e-commerce platforms. Drive sales performance through promotions, pricing, deals, ads, and inventory optimization. Analyse product/category trends, and seasonality to create sales roadmaps for Indian and USA markets. Platform Management Manage listings, A+ content, and product detail pages for Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, and Mindtronix website. Ensure high-quality product content, images, videos, and SEO-rich descriptions tailored for each platform. Maintain platform health by resolving issues like suppressed listings, negative reviews, and performance metrics. Marketing & Advertising Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) with performance-based budgeting. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, influencer tie-ups, and cross-channel campaigns to boost traffic and conversions. Implement remarketing and upselling strategies on website and marketplaces. Operations & Inventory Monitor inventory levels across platforms and coordinate with production/logistics teams for restocking. Forecast demand, avoid stock-outs/overstock, and optimize fulfilment across FBA, FBM, and 3PL models. Ensure seamless order management, timely dispatch, and returns/refund handling. Analytics & Reporting Track sales, conversion rates, ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV). Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, insights, and actionable. Identify opportunities for growth in new categories, bundles, or international markets. Requirements: Must-Have: 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce sales management (preferably in toys, consumer electronics, or educational products). Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central (India & USA), Flipkart, and other major marketplaces. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc. Hands-on experience in performance marketing, pricing strategy, and product positioning. Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred: Experience selling to the USA market via Amazon/Walmart. Exposure to Shopify or WooCommerce website management. Previous experience in the DIY, STEM, EdTech, or Toys segment. Perks: Be part of a mission-driven company shaping future innovators.
