We are partnering with BillionTech, a provider of an innovative Order-to-Cash platform for Indian manufacturing companies, to accelerate their sales pipeline. We are seeking two dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and contribute to this exciting project. Job Summary As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads for BillionTechs Order-to-Cash platform, targeting Indian manufacturing companies with annual revenues of Rs. 5150 crore. You will engage prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels, using the BANT framework to qualify leads and book demos. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for driving sales outcomes in a fast-paced B2B environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Lead Qualification Demo Booking CRM Management Campaign Execution Training and Development Reporting Qualifications Experience : 2 to 4years of experience in B2B sales, preferably as an SDR or in a similar lead generation role in the technology or SaaS industry. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional Indian languages is a plus. Proven ability to conduct high-volume cold calling and LinkedIn outreach with a professional and consultative approach. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate CRM data entry. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to client-specific product training and industry nuances. Attributes : Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a passion for building relationships and driving sales outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Indian manufacturing sector (e.g., automotive, electronics, FMCG). Knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes or enterprise software sales.
