You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver cutting-edge brand solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities from brands, agencies, and corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop tailored presentations and pitch decks in response to client briefs and RFPs. Collaborate with strategy, creative, and execution teams to deliver compelling proposals. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Lead contract negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the management team. Represent Mindshaft Media at industry events, expos, and networking forums in your city. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of business development experience in a creative/advertising/digital marketing agency . Deep understanding of brand campaigns, influencer marketing, event activations, and media strategy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong network of industry contacts in respective regions (FMCG, retail, lifestyle, etc.) is a plus. Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, CRM software, and proposal creation. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. Experience working with both regional and national brands.

This role bridges the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and flawless delivery. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.
