About the Role We are looking for a motivated Software Test Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in manual testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, test case design, and defect tracking. Experience or exposure to automation testing will be considered a plus. --- Key Responsibilities - Perform - manual testing - of web and mobile applications. - Write, review, and execute - test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts**. - Identify, document, and track defects/bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). - Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure **quality standards are met. - Participate in regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and UAT - Contribute to test documentation including test plans and test reports. - *(Plus)* Support in developing and maintaining **automation test scripts**. --- Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing - Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle. - Experience with test management/bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). - Basic understanding of SQL for database testing - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. --- Good to Have (Plus Point) - Exposure to **automation testing tools** (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress). - Knowledge of **API testing** (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). - Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and version control (Git). --- Why Join Us? - Opportunity to grow into automation or QA lead roles. - Work in a collaborative and innovative environment. - Exposure to cutting-edge tools and real-world testing challenges.
