About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing end-to-end domestic IT recruitment, including both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Full-Time positions. This role requires a strategic blend of account management, team leadership, and operational excellence to drive recruitment success and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions, from sourcing to offer rollout. Specialize in hiring for both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Full-Time employment models. Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, databases) to source top-tier IT talent. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Monitor team metrics and ensure adherence to recruitment processes and quality standards. Account & Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client requirements, business goals, and team culture to provide effective staffing solutions. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication, reporting, and service delivery. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Manage recruitment databases (ATS) and generate MIS reports for management review. Implement and improve recruitment processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in IT domestic recruitment . Hands-on experience in handling C2H and Full-Time hiring. Demonstrated experience in team management or leading a small recruitment team. Strong experience in account management and client-facing interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Good-to-Have: Experience working in a fast-paced agency or consulting environment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
