Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the establishment and growth of our digital marketing agency at MindFount. This full-time role, based in Noida, involves setting up operations from scratch, including strategy development, team building, client acquisition, and execution of cutting-edge digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, capable of driving the agency's launch and scaling it into a successful business. Key Responsibilities Agency Setup and Operations : Lead the end-to-end setup of the digital marketing agency, including defining business processes, selecting tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics software), and establishing workflows for campaign management, reporting, and client servicing. Strategy Development : Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs, encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. Client Acquisition and Management : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitch services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities. Team Building and Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, analysts, and designers. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and performance. Campaign Execution and Optimization : Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of digital campaigns across multiple channels. Use data insights to optimize performance, track KPIs (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics), and deliver measurable results. Market Research and Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and adapt strategies to emerging technologies like AI-driven marketing, programmatic advertising, and social commerce. Budget Management : Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective operations during the agency's startup phase. Performance Reporting : Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, agency growth metrics, and client satisfaction. Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to inform decision-making. Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure all activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and platform-specific guidelines. Qualifications and Requirements Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are highly desirable. Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A proven track record in setting up or scaling a digital marketing agency or similar business from scratch is preferred.
