Millwork Drafter

As a skilled Millwork Drafter/Engineer at McLine Studios located in Shalimar Bagh, your primary responsibility will be to create precise and detailed shop drawings for custom millwork projects. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to cater to the needs of North American clients. Proficiency in Microvellum is essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include developing accurate and detailed custom millwork shop drawings that adhere to standards such as AWI, AWMAC, NKBA, or client-specific requirements. You will leverage software tools like Microvellum, AutoCAD, and Revit to produce high-quality millwork designs. It is crucial to stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in your work. Effective communication with clients through emails and calls, including project kick-off discussions, is imperative. Additionally, you are encouraged to contribute innovative design ideas to enhance project quality. To qualify for this role, you should possess a degree in Architectural Design, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on millwork and joinery. A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in millwork drafting and design is required. Proficiency in Microvellum, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software is essential. Knowledge of MS Office for documentation and communication purposes is also necessary.
