Ensuring material availability with no line stoppage /Production shortage. Forecast RM planning and sending schedule to mill ( AMNS, JSPL, TATA STEEL, JSW) and followup. Import working for diffarent customers. PO Release before 10th of every month and LC by 15th of every month. Custom duty calculation and sending working to Finance for duty payment and getting duty paid challan. Preparing of all plants purchase plan and shortage statement, Getting approval from CEO to procure material & PO release. Finance arrangement LC and BG for procuring material. Co-ordinating with CFO and Finance department.
