Role & responsibilities

Equipment Operation:
Operate and monitor rubber milling machines, including mixers, calendars, and other related equipment.
Mixing:
Accurately measure and mix raw materials, additives, and compounds according to specified formulas and production schedules.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections of rubber consistency and quality throughout the milling process, making adjustments as needed.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch numbers, material usage, and quality checks.
Safety Compliance
: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE
