Milling, Lathe & Turner Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling, Lathe & Turner Operator to operate and maintain milling, lathe, and turning machines in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:

- Operate milling, lathe, and turning machines to produce machined parts and components.

- Set up and calibrate machines, ensuring accurate and precise operations.

- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.

2. Quality Control:

- Inspect machined parts and components to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Identify and address any quality issues or defects.

3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.

- Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions.

4. Production Planning:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.

- Plan and execute machining operations to meet production deadlines.

5. Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.

Requirements:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in milling, lathe, and turning operations.

- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of machining operations, including milling, lathe, and turning.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
