Milling - CNC Programmer

As an Assistant Manager - Operations, your role will involve planning, determining, organizing, directing, and controlling the quality production of products as per requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring zero quality complaints, building and strengthening systems and processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and organizing production schedules, while assessing project and resource requirements - Supervising the work of junior staff and organizing relevant training sessions - Overseeing production processes and re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary - Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment - Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, reporting progress through periodic status updates - Possessing a wide-ranging knowledge in Sheet Metal pressing, forging, and CNC machinery - Meeting quality and safety objectives - Implementing knowledge of QMS Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. Mechanical with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience - Effective work with cross-functional teams and coordination with various departments - Ability to work in a high demanding work environment As an added detail, the company is located in Balanagar, Hyderabad 500 037, INDIA, and you will be required to commute/relocate to this location before starting work. The preferred education for this role is a Diploma, and the preferred experience includes at least 5 years in operations.
