Key Responsibilities Daily administration and proactive support of the storage infrastructure Audit and report storage performance, utilization, and errors Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders Provide onsite staffing augmentation for customer storage teams Interface with Pure Storage Global Services for escalation and technical support Operate within a customer’s IT Service Management (ITSM) framework Support data migrations, disaster recovery, backup/restore, storage consolidation, and performance tuning projects Qualifications & Requirements Strong knowledge of Pure Storage FlashArrays and Purity OS (including ActiveCluster) Solid grasp of networking (Ethernet, IP, DNS, FC switches, routers, etc.); Cisco ACI exposure is a plus Understanding of SAN/NAS storage, storage efficiency software, and replication tools Familiar with storage operations tools and best practices Hands-on knowledge of storage protocols: FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN Familiar with multipathing configuration and storage monitoring Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows OS (NTFS, shares, domain structures) Proficiency in Unix/Linux system administration (especially AIX); familiarity with NFS, NIS/NIS+, Oracle ASM Bonus: Experience with Cirrus Data Solutions Appliance or block data migration tools Data center migration/consolidation project experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 5–10+ years in IT operations (preferably storage-centric) ITIL V4 Foundation certification preferred

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading programs consisting of multiple projects managed by Project Managers. These projects may have shared dependencies, and your role will be vital in ensuring the delivery of the overall program to realize benefits across the program and achieve customer value. You will provide vision, strategy, governance, and alignment with business objectives, while also overseeing program metric tracking, financial management, and profitability. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the customer and program team are held accountable for delivering programs on time, within budget, and with high quality to achieve customer satisfaction. You will be involved in overall program-level planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and oversight of interdependent projects to ensure a smooth transition to operations. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and the first point of escalation for Project Managers. In your role, you will identify opportunities for additional business, provide input to presales evaluation, requirements gathering, and renewals. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and issues and developing risk response strategies at the program level. Managing partner/subcontractor delivery and commercials will also be part of your duties. When required, you will lead and manage end-to-end projects encompassing requirements, planning, design, testing, control, integration, and transition/closure of Large Scale, Multi-Vendor, Multi-Technology, and Enterprise Level Solutions. Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, effective communication with executives and stakeholders, and driving account strategy from a delivery perspective will be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver business and technical capabilities. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and communicate effectively with senior-level leadership and functional management. Adapting to changing environments, leveraging various leadership styles, interacting with front-line and senior managers, and demonstrating strong influencing skills are essential. You should also be customer-focused, able to manage conflict effectively, and capable of driving an account strategy from a delivery perspective. Strong negotiation skills, partner and vendor relationship management, and proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required. Experience in IT operations, support functions, network management, systems integration, and core PMI competencies is essential. Additionally, familiarity with ITIL or eTOM knowledge, consulting capabilities, and the ability to navigate various environments within the organization are desired. This position requires you to be adaptable, function well in a dynamic environment, remain calm under pressure, and provide vision and strategic direction to the team. You should be highly effective at managing conflict, have extensive systems integration experience, and possess strong negotiation skills. Willingness and ability to travel regularly, consulting capabilities, and understanding of collaboration-specific project needs are also important for this role.,
