Job description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain all mould in good working order. Scheduling of preventive maintenance of mould as per production schedule requirement. Perform repairs for sudden breakdown. Maintain weight of pail & lid as per standard. Requisition mould spare part and maintain spare inventory. Provide input to production regarding mould status report. EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Required: High school graduate or higher. Good knowledge of plastic injection mould design. Working knowledge of mould system enclosing. COMMENTS: Hot runner & HR Controller Cooling design & function Hydraulic design & function ancillary equipment controller & sensors. Good knowledge of machine tool operation, Lathe work, Mill work, Surface grinder operation. Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skill. Strong work ethic Experience- 5years to 8 years(Minimum).
