Role & responsibilities Operate dairy processing equipment including Milk Pasteurizer, Homogenizer, Cream Separator, Clarifier, Cream Pasteurizer, Milk Standardization unit, and Silo CIP system. Monitor and maintain correct process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate as per SOP. Perform milk reception, filtration, chilling, and storage operations. Coordinate with the Quality team for sampling, testing, and corrective actions. Ensure hygiene and sanitation during milk handling, processing, and packaging.
