Those who are not maintain volume that freezer will be taken back to plant/HO or transfer to other retailers who buys as per our norms as mentioned above. 7. Market Outstanding a. COB confirmation required on monthly basis. Confirm COB should be reach to HO before 10th-15th. b. No credit for new parties c. Existing parties credit should be reduced zero d. Old outstanding should be reduced zero and make all parties zero e. In operative customer should be updated with collection on weekly basis. 8. ZONE SALE REVIEW – on weekly basis –Saturday and reported. 9. TCPL _ Transport Cost Per Ltr (Secondary transport) Target must be achieved for ASM Zone on monthly basis. 10. Primary & Secondary route audit must be done on every month. 11. ASM Daily should report daily basis to RSM after collecting from ASO.

Role & Responsibilities: Conduct daily milk testing (Fat %, SNF, density, temperature, adulteration checks) as per SOP Maintain quality testing logs and ensure all reports are documented accurately Assist in setting up and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for milk processing, filtration, and bottling Coordinate with the internal team for product quality control , hygiene checks, and compliance Handle daily customer follow-ups via WhatsApp and phone calls Convert new social media leads into regular milk subscribers Collect customer feedback for continuous quality improvement Work closely with the founder to improve production, service delivery, and overall customer satisfaction Preferred Candidate Profile: Diploma or B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology (Freshers preferred) Strong interest in milk quality testing , process management, and customer interaction Basic computer skills must be comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Excel Hardworking, honest, and ready to work on-ground with commitment Preferably male candidate , age between 18–28 years, who can handle field-level tasks and lab testing Should be open to learning all aspects of dairy business – from lab to customer care
