Delivery Manager

Position: Milk Delivery In-Charge

Location: Arumbakam, Anna Nagar, CMBT

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily milk deliveries to customers.

Allocate delivery routes and assign delivery partners.

Monitor delivery timings, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure proper handling of milk products and maintain hygiene standards.

Address delivery complaints and resolve customer issues promptly.

Maintain records of deliveries, returns, and inventory movement.

Optimize routes to reduce delivery cost and time.

Requirements:

Proven experience in delivery/logistics operations (dairy experience preferred).

Strong team management and coordination skills.

Ability to work early morning shifts.

Basic knowledge of route mapping and GPS tracking.

Familiar with local areas and customer service-oriented.

Good record-keeping and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
