Job Description: Hum ek innovative online freelancing platform banane ja rahe hain (concept similar to Upwork/Fiverr with unique features). Is project ke liye hume ek talented, passionate aur multi-skilled Full-Stack Developer ki zarurat hai jo end-to-end platform development handle kar sake. Yeh role full-time hoga. Agar aap exceptional skills ke saath aate hain, toh equity/partnership offer bhi interview ke baad consider kiya ja sakta hai. Responsibilities: Poore platform ka frontend aur backend development from scratch Database architecture design aur implementation Secure payment gateway integration Real-time chat, notifications, and messaging system User dashboard, admin panel, and wallet system ka development Mobile-friendly & responsive UI/UX design Security best practices & performance optimization Third-party APIs ka integration (OTP verification, payment, etc.) Deployment & maintenance of the platform Required Skills: Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js / Next.js, TailwindCSS Backend: Node.js / Python (Django/FastAPI), REST API / GraphQL Database: MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL Authentication: JWT, OAuth, OTP verification systems Payment Integration: Razorpay, bnb, or PayPal Version Control: Git/GitHub Other: AWS / DigitalOcean deployment, WebSockets for real-time features UI/UX tools (Figma/Adobe XD) ka basic understanding What We Offer: Competitive full-time salary OR Partnership / Equity option for the right candidate Work directly with founders and be part of a growing startup Opportunity to build a platform from the ground up and scale globally
