Company Description Milieu Design House strives to transcend traditional design paradigms by embracing the concept of ‘milieu’—the encompassing environment affecting human experience. Our mission is to create spaces that are not only visually appealing but also harmonized with their surroundings, incorporating principles such as Vaastu and sensitive to sensory experiences. We work on projects locally and internationally. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Interior Designer located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with some tasks being performed from home. The Junior Interior Designer will be responsible for assisting in space planning, creating construction drawings, and supporting interior design projects. Responsibilities also include but not limited to selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), site visits and coordinating these elements to ensure cohesive design solutions. Qualifications Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design skills Experience with Construction Drawings FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and coordination skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Proficiency with design software and tools Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with an attitude of learning and growing.
