Candidate should be graduate or post graduate specialized into Freight forwarding or international business or international trade certification. · Minimum Experience Required in Sales – 3 to 5 Years in Freight Forwarding division/NVOCC/Liner Sales Division · Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Shipping Line, NVOCC, Freight Forwarding products such as Sea Import and Exports, Project Cargo, ODC, Break Bulk., etc. Roles and Responsibilities · Generate new business opportunities in ocean/ Air freight forwarding. · Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, shipping lines, and CHA partners. · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets. · Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts. · Coordinate with operations, documentation, and pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery. · Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client visits to identify new growth opportunities. · Maintain accurate reports of sales pipelines and performance metrics. · To develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) · To maintain and develop existing accounts · Should target new customers as well as new business opportunities · Should focus on medium-size, Tier 2-3 companies and start-ups or scale-ups · Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients · Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach their targets · Build an open-communication environment for your team.
