Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our transport operations. The role involves managing backend processes, monitoring drivers and vehicles, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with clients for smooth and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor drivers’ daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and schedules. • Maintain and verify vehicle compliance documents (insurance, permits, fitness, pollution, tax, etc.). • Track vehicles in real time through GPS systems and provide updates to clients as required. • Record and update vehicle and driver details in the internal database and client portals. • Coordinate with clients to share vehicle information, trip updates, and obtain regular feedback. • Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and expenses for reporting purposes. • Support the operations team in scheduling and dispatching vehicles. • Assist in resolving client complaints or issues by coordinating with drivers and the operations team. • Generate MIS reports for management regarding fleet performance, utilization, and compliance status. • Ensure timely renewal of all statutory documents and communicate alerts for upcoming expiries. • Coordinate with the accounts team for driver payments, billing, and invoicing support. • Provide backend support during emergencies (breakdowns, delays, or accidents) by escalating to the concerned team. • Contribute to process improvements for better efficiency in transport operations
