Job Description

We're Hiring: Miles Development Engineer

Miles Configuration & Development

Key Responsibilities:

Work hands-on with
Miles Configuration Development
Understand and analyze business requirements to configure the product accordingly
Create efficient and scalable
design solutions
Develop test cases aligned with project design for
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Train clients on effective product usage
Design comprehensive
product manuals
and user documentation
Monitor and report on
application behavior
Verify and execute
batch plans
and manage
bulk operations
Maintain and manage
lookup tables
Handle and resolve
major incidents
related to the Contract Management System
