Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Import Coordination*: Coordinate the import of goods, including communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. 2. *Customs Clearance*: Ensure compliance with customs regulations, prepare and submit customs documentation, and facilitate clearance of goods. 3. *Shipment Tracking*: Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. *Inventory Management*: Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate inventory reporting, and optimize storage and handling. 5. *Supplier Management*: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. 6. *Documentation*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.
Production & Assembly : Working on the assembly line, installing components, soldering, and ensuring the proper functioning of electronic devices. Testing & Quality Control : Performing tests on electronic components and products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and repairing faulty electronic equipment and systems. Maintenance : Performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery used in electronics manufacturing. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records of production, testing, and maintenance activities. Process Improvement : Identifying areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and contributing to efficiency gains. Collaboration : Working with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth production flow and resolve technical issues.
Design Support: Assisting in the creation of detailed wiring harness designs, including wire selection, routing, termination, and physical layout, using CAD software. Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining accurate schematics, 2D drawings, and 3D models of the harness. Component Selection: Recommending appropriate connectors, terminals, splices, and other components based on design requirements and industry standards. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving design-related issues during the development and manufacturing process. Testing and Validation: Supporting testing and validation of the harness design to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications. Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing personnel. Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest industry standards, best practices, and technological advancements in wiring harness design.
Product Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of network products (Ethernet/Routers) to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. Develop and execute test plans and procedures. Identify and document bugs and performance issues. Performing system integration, experiments and final tests of communication switches and fiber optics, up to 28 ports, 10 Gbps per port, to ensure system integrity and robustness of communication switches. Product Design Support: Collaborate with product designers and engineers to refine product specifications and design. Provide feedback on product usability and functionality. Contribute to the development of product documentation. Production line support and solving technical issues. Diagnosing faults in electronic cards at the component level. Operating test equipment and systems. Establishing a network testing set-up, performing system maintenance, and running tests. Working with electrical and electronic schematics. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex network Product (Ethernet/Routers) issues related to product design and functionality. Analyze network performance data and identify areas for improvement. Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest networking technologies and best practices.
