As a Braze Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and executing multichannel campaigns such as Email, In-App, Web Push, and SMS using Braze Canvas & Campaign. Your role will involve building personalized customer journeys utilizing Liquid scripting, APIs, Webhooks, and custom events. Additionally, you will configure and manage audience segmentation, custom attributes, and campaign workflows, including A/B tests, control groups, and message center setup. Collaborating with marketing, product, and data teams is crucial to implement campaign logic and user journey strategies effectively. Monitoring campaign performance, generating insights, and providing optimization recommendations are key aspects of this role. You will also troubleshoot delivery or configuration issues to ensure high-quality campaign execution. To excel in this role, you must have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the Braze platform and possess a strong command of Liquid, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, user journey design, data hygiene, and targeting strategies is essential. Experience with Braze SDK, IP warming, and migration campaigns will be beneficial. Familiarity with marketing automation, data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and engagement best practices are required. Moreover, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and tech teams are essential for success in this role.,
