Job Description Role: SAP Migration Architect Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Kolkata / Chennai Responsibilities Lead SAP AD (Mainly new world SAP S/4) deals with global scope, take end to end responsibility of entire SAP Solutioning, bid response by putting together and working with team of SMEs. Appropriately position and promote Capgeminis SAP offers/assets in the opportunity context Drive the solution strategy by working with account team/sales/partners and shape the deals in tune with the competitive scenario, client priorities, technology suitability/viability with Support from Senior Solution Leaders in the team Defend developed solutions and offerings internally at the BU/MU/SBU level Plan, lead, present solution in client meetings/orals/workshops Interacting with customers, understanding the requirements, proposing solutions / methodology etc. Leading the New SAP (S/4HANA- OP/Cloud/RISE) adoption initiatives in the context of Digital Transformation” in the customers’ journey, clearly demonstrating the business value. Drive innovation/transformation agenda in large existing accounts, provide delivery and solution assurance Support and guide solutions and offering in the Capability (COE). Drive competency agenda and ideate new innovative solutions/PoC’s/PoV's Provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements Guide, develop, mentor a team of consultants and continuously drive Solutioning capability enhancement/improvement/industrialization/reusability/automation Skills and Experience Should have 10-12 + years of SAP experience in – ABAP and having delivered minimum of 2 system conversion projects as technology architect/consultant. Well versed with the Brownfield and Hybrid ECC to S/4HANA conversions. Knowledge of Selective Data Transition (SDT) approach, using any of the leading tools such SAP SLT with SLO, SNP, Cbs etc., Pre-sales solution architect having experience in working with SAP system conversion or selective data transition deals or has delivered system conversion or selective data transition project as technology architect. Can articulate SAP S/4HANA transformation approaches in depth and is able to advise customers on choosing one over other. Strong hands on experience in any one of the SAP core modules ABAP, or BASIS or SAP Technology Architecture, Delivery Management experience in SAP AD implementation projects , in customer facing roles, knowledge of S/4HANA, Suite on HANA and HANA database as a foundation is an added advantage. Expert understanding of overall process of implementation, migration, upgrade including sizing, architecture, configuration, management, and day to day operation of SAP S/4HANA environment. Experienced in a multi-cultural, multi-location distributed global delivery setup. Excellent communication skill in English. Experienced in client interactions at Senior Level – Program managers and Business process Managers Very good capabilities and experience in stake holder management. Experience in representing the practice/organization in industry events/forums Educational Qualifications BE/MBA / MCA or equivalent education Related SAP Certifications

Job Title: Migration Architect Active Directory Location : Hyderabad Hafeezpet, Uppal (Hybrid) Shift: Rotational Total Experience: 7-10 years Relevant Experience: 7-10 years Primary Skill: Active directory Migration , o365 Administration Responsibilities A Microsoft Active Directory Domain Migration Architect is a specialized IT professional who designs, implements, and manages the migration of Active Directory domains from one environment to another, often for cloud migration or upgrades. They must possess strong technical expertise, including experience with Active Directory architecture, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related technologies. Key Responsibilities: Developing detailed migration plans, including scope, target environments, and timelines. Using tools like ADMT (Active Directory Migration Tool) to move users, computers, groups, and other objects between domains or forests. Supervising the execution of the migration, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity. Providing assistance to users and administrators after the migration is complete, including troubleshooting and ongoing support. Implementing security best practices to protect the migrated Active Directory environment. Diagnosing and resolving problems related to Active Directory, DNS, and related technologies. Staying informed about the latest Microsoft products, technologies, and migration methodologies. Required Skills and Experience: Active Directory Expertise Deep understanding of AD architecture, domain/forest structure, and trust relationships. Experience with domain migrations, consolidations, and domain controller placement. Strong grasp of FSMO roles, replication topology, and Global Catalog usage. DNS and Networking Solid knowledge of DNS configuration and troubleshooting. Familiarity with WAN links, latency, site-to-site VPNs, and how they impact AD replication. Understanding of subnetting and AD Sites and Services. AD Migration Tools & Techniques Hands-on experience with tools like: ADMT (Active Directory Migration Tool) PowerShell scripting for automation Third-party migration tools (e.g., Quest Migration Manager) Expertise in sidHistory, user/group SID translation, and object migration. Group Policy (GPO) Management Ability to audit, consolidate, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects. Ensure policies are not lost or misapplied post-consolidation. Authentication & Security Knowledge of Kerberos and NTLM authentication. Experience in securing domain controllers, auditing logs, and managing privileged access. PKI, certificate services, and smart card authentication knowledge (if applicable). Global Infrastructure Awareness Understanding of regional regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, data residency). Familiarity with multi-language, multi-time zone environments. Ability to handle identity conflicts and naming conventions across regions. Disaster Recovery & Backup Planning Planning for rollback scenarios and having a solid backup/restore strategy for AD. Communication & Documentation Strong communication skills to coordinate with international teams. Experience in creating detailed migration runbooks, rollback plans, and change documentation. Project Management Ability to lead or contribute to large infrastructure projects. Risk assessment, timeline planning, and coordination with stakeholders Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Active Directory and other IT infrastructure. Communication skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Relevant certifications: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.
