As a Migration Advisor at B.S.B International Career Pvt Ltd, your role involves providing high-quality and efficient migration guidance to clients regarding permanent residency abroad. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring that migration applications meet the standards set by countries and providing clients with firm, speedy, and fair service. - Regularly studying and researching various VISA, JOB, and MIGRATION policies of different countries in accordance with immigration norms. - Coordinating with clients regarding their immigration needs and ensuring all paperwork, including immigration and visa applications, are completed accurately and promptly. - Managing the coordination with attorneys for all legal processes and consultations related to the migration process. - Assessing applications for migration and temporary entry to overseas countries in compliance with migration laws and policies. - Treating all information about the company, clients, and their businesses as confidential. - Managing client expectations by discussing deadlines, costs, and timing with clients. - Conducting consultations through various means to keep clients up-to-date and maintaining regular follow-ups for immigration purposes. - Working professionally, managing workload effectively, proposing measures to improve visa procedures, and analyzing market trends for forming marketing strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Academic Graduates/Master Degree Holders - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the Immigration industry. - Fluency in English with excellent communication skills and convincing ability. - Strong knowledge of the immigration industry and updated on changing norms. - Understanding of world aspects such as climate, geography, politics, education, travel, and immigration trends. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software related to migration. - Creativity, innovation, target-orientation, ambition, responsibility, commitment, patience, maturity, and the ability to handle sales pressure effectively. - Genuine, empathetic, and professional communication with clients. - Professional judgment, discretion, and analytical skills to forecast trends and challenges.
