To become more capable, agile, and efficient a fundamental change in the way we do FOBO Financial Planning is required, which will be addressed by establishing the FOBO Planning Central (FPC). FPC evolves the GBS approach, pivoting from a geography focus to a process focus, and allows BUs to concentrate their attention on the Bottlers. Planning services will be provided by single team, based in HBS, led by a single leader to serve FOBO globally.
