As a Health Care Executive in the CNS Division focusing on the Nurtec brand at Pfizer in Mumbai, your role is pivotal in engaging with healthcare professionals strategically to drive sales outcomes in the Central Nervous System therapeutic area. Serving as the primary liaison between Pfizer and the medical community, your responsibility includes advocating the scientific value and patient benefits of Nurtec. Your key responsibilities entail achieving territory sales targets for Nurtec, strategically planning and executing coverage of neurologists, psychiatrists, and key CNS prescribers, as well as conducting sales analytics to identify growth opportunities. You will also be tasked with delivering tailored product messaging based on clinical data, organizing CMEs, speaker programs, and roundtables with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and maintaining a high level of scientific acumen on CNS disorders and Nurtec's mechanism of action. Moreover, building long-term relationships with prescribers and hospital decision-makers, managing objections effectively, and ensuring high-quality interactions are critical aspects of stakeholder management in your role. Compliance with Pfizer's promotional guidelines and adverse event reporting protocols, along with the submission of daily activity reports and maintaining CRM hygiene, are essential for success. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in CNS or specialty therapy areas. A strong understanding of neurology, migraine management, and CNS pharmacology is also necessary.
