In-depth knowledge of upstream, midstream, and downstream processes is required. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in using industry-related software and tools is expected. Preferred skills include experience in digital transformation initiatives within the oil and gas sector, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
