Role Objective The objective of this role is to learn what animated content will audiences consume on digital and take the first step to launching our own IP internationally. Responsibilities Lead and set up daily publishing, growth operations, and content hygiene to help the channel achieve monetisation thresholds, Tier-1 (US/UK/CA/AU) view mix, and view-through targets. Growth & Marketing Devise right product market fit for content production strategy for across platforms. Creative posters and thumbnails to drive click through and garner interest. Draft hooks, CTAs, polls; run A/B tests on first 3 seconds, captions, and posting times. Coordinate cross-posting and creator collabs; track click-backs to Snapchat. Support paid boosts (Snap Ads/TikTok Spark Ads): set up, monitor, and log results against CAC/CTR guardrails. Publishing Operations Maintain a 4-week rolling content calendar. Upload, schedule, and tag vertical videos (Snapchat Spotlight/Stories; cross-post TikTok/Reels/Shorts). Optimise metadata (titles, captions, tags, thumbnails) for Tier-1 geos. Run pre-publish QA: formatting, subtitles, rights and brand-safety checks. Analytics & Reporting Pull daily/weekly dashboards (views, completion, geo split, RPM/CPM snapshot). Flag under-performers with quick hypotheses; maintain an experiments log. Deliver a Monday one-pager: What worked / What didnt / Next tests. Process & Tools Use AI tools (Descript, Kapwing, Adobe Express, Midjourney/SD) for captions, trims, and thumbnails. Learn and leverage Ad platforms across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat. Must-have Skills Active user of Snapchat/TikTok/YouTube; awareness of short-form trends. Basic editing and captioning (CapCut, Descript, Adobe Express or similar). Data literacy in Google Sheets/Excel; can track CTR, CPM, retention. Crisp written English for hooks and community posts. Work well with cross functional teams. Good to have: Interest in anime/superhero/mythology content. Snap/TikTok Ads experience, prior work on a handle ?100K followers or ?1M monthly views. Tooling: Snap Creator Hub, Snap Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Studio, Airtable/Notion, Google Sheets, Descript/Kapwing, Adobe Express.
