The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in administering Linux/Windows servers along with enterprise middleware tools such as IBM App Connect, IBM API Connect, IBM WebSphere, and IBM MQ. The role demands a proactive approach to incident management, root cause analysis, and environment stability, making support experience a must.
