As a Salesforce Team Lead/Architect with 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for customizing and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements. You will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions using Field Service Lightning (FSL) to support scheduling, dispatching, and field operations, including mobile workflows, scheduling, and resource optimization. Additionally, you will develop responsive and user-friendly applications using Salesforce Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, and the Aura framework. Your expertise will be crucial in creating and maintaining custom objects, workflows, process builders, and Lightning Components. You will also design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, and AppExchange solutions. Furthermore, you will utilize custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to enhance the Salesforce user interface and optimize the performance and usability of Salesforce Lightning Experience for end-users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for performing unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system functionality and reliability. Comprehensive documentation for system configurations, custom processes, and integrations will need to be maintained throughout the project lifecycle. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 8 years of Salesforce development experience and certification, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Proven expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation and customization is essential, along with proficiency in Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, and the Aura framework. Strong understanding of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms, advanced skills in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL are required. SalesForce certification is preferred, and excellent problem-solving abilities, as well as strong communication skills, are essential for success in this role. Preferred skills include experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware integration tools, as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.,
