Middleware Administrator: Experience: 6 to 12 years Requirement: The Middleware Administrator supports and documents the installation, configuration, capacity planning, upgrading, problem resolution and debugging of all middleware product environments Coordinates environment configuration activities to ensure integration and alignment with other IT technology, processes, systems, applications, and environments Document middleware platforms and related infrastructure as directed with respect to functionality, maintenance and administration Install and configure server operating systems, enterprise software and middleware services, including settings, directories, storage, in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements m Provides technical support and guidance (level 3) to end-users, and other IT resources Self-motivated and possess drive, and ability to work independently and be a good team player. Responsibilities Collaborate on definition of infrastructure standards and contribute to the overall architecture roadmap Collaborates on technical design and provides consulting including identification and documentation of requirements and design Collaborates in the installation, configuration and upgrading of enterprise application software, customizing soft tables and program parameters and managing associated environments Recommend and lead improvements to provide the highest level of availability and performance Follows policies and procedures to ensure corporate compliance, examples include corporate data security and change control Coordinate with engineering, solution vendors and support teams on problem resolution, design issues and upgrades Must have Skills for Middleware Administrator Extensive knowledge on Apache Tomcat / Apache HTTPD / Nginx / IIS / Oracle Weblogic / Oracle Httpd server Unix / Linux & Windows operating systems Shell scripting Netwngorking concepts Perl scripti Experience in DevOps Open Source Middleware technologies/tools and automation development will be an advantage. Red hat Open Stack: Experience: 5 to 9 years Requirements: SME to oversee our customer workload's in Openshift platform and Openstack infrastructure. With strong background in DevOps, automation, Openstack and Openshift , with a focus on delivering efficient and reliable solutions for our valued customers. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements . A Good understanding of Openshift platform and Openstack infrastructure Experience in Solution Designing and deployment of NFV/SDN based networks, Cloud virtualization technologies, framework for large telecom operators Hands on experience in Carrier grade Virtual infrastructure manager, Hands on experience and expertise on OpenStack is a must, Certifications such as RedHat Certified System Administrator in OpenStack & Openshift is added advantage In-depth technical knowledge of the Cloud industry, private (OpenStack) and public cloud environments, virtualization, and cloud management. Good knowledge in network TCP/IP, IPv4, expertise in IPv6, VLAN,VXLAN, Bridging, routing, IP Tables, DNS, DHCP Good knowledge virtual networking and storage configuration Scripting knowledge on python and develop and deployment experience in ansible Knowledge with Hypervisors and Kubernetes, docker would be added advantage Working experience and involving data center architecture, Cloud concepts and operation Working experience and involving data center architecture, Cloud concepts and operation Shell Scripting and Software development experience, including API development (REST, XML, etc.) Working experience with LINUX. Strong Knowledge and experience in OpenStack design, engineering, and virtualization in the cloud environment including, virtual machine deployment and management, cloud orchestration, service instantiation and assurance, and cloud analytic. Manage and monitor openstack and openshift to ensure high availability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve openstack and openshift issues and optimize load for speed and reliability. Provide guidance and technical support to customer teams in openstack and openshift best practices and tool usages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and operations, to improve the cluster performance. Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard customer workloads and data. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and procedures. Participate in on-call support and incident response, as needed. Redhat Openstack Management & Administartion with monitoring, trouble shooting skills. Hands-on exp. in K8s services, load balancing & networking modules Proficient in security, firewall,storage concepts Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Flexible to work in 24/7 support environment Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing openstack and openshift for customer environments. Proficiency in CI/CD tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI, CircleCI). Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Shell). Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum or other collaborative development environments. Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of openstack and openshift security best practices.
