As an IT professional with around 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting servers such as IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, and Jboss. You should have experience working in a production environment and knowledge of configuring SSL on application and web servers. Troubleshooting issues in production servers and coordinating with different teams will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide on-call support (24x7) and monitor and maintain multiple applications on the production environment in shifts. Your duties will also include performing administrative tasks like installation, configuration, upgradation, patching, and troubleshooting on Windows, Linux, and Unix platforms. You will be required to perform standby duty, monitor and support middleware requests to ensure the production environment's high availability as per the client's SLA. Experience in application deployment, troubleshooting, log analysis, scripting tools/languages, automation using scripts, monitoring tools, creating reports, extracting metrics, operations data, certification, and patch management will be beneficial for this role. If you have experience with RightFax and Globalscape EFT tools, there is an upcoming requirement for those as well. You ll be part of a small, hands-on team that builds and supports the middleware services that keep data moving smoothly across our systems. It s a technical role, working closely with both infrastructure and network engineers.
