We are looking for AM/DM/Manager for NBFC Compliances for Noida location. Exp- 7+ Years. Location - Noida (i) Professional - Qualified CS with about 8 - 10 years of post-qualification experience - candidate having additional qualification of LLB is desirable - Experience in regulatory compliance and governance within NBFCs (Middle Layer) and /or financial services. - Working knowledge of RBI Master Directions for NBFCs and Companies Act etc. - Sound analytical skills and good working knowledge of Computers (MS Office etc.); - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English; (ii) Behavioral - Should be able to work under pressure, Multi-task and still deliver on time; - Have a positive attitude, be a team player and skillful in counselling of sub-ordinates; - Should be matured and tactful as job involves dealing with Senior professional from multiple fields in the various Business Units; - Have an impeccable level of Integrity, sincerity and commitment. (iii) Job Description in brief: - To play a key role in supporting regulatory, secretarial, and operational compliance requirements primarily under RBI for NBFCs (Middle Layer) - Support in the implementation of Annual compliance plans, Compliance monitoring tools and compliance calendars - Help with the preparation and filing of regulatory forms to RBI and other authorities Participating in internal and external audits (RBI Inspection), including assisting with audit documentation - Support in the maintenance of compliance MIS reports - Coordinate with stakeholders for gathering data and documentation needed for regulatory submissions - Support in drafting of policies and SOPs under the guidance of senior team members Note:- 5 Days work form office, as per requirement extended working hours will be there.
