The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure timely filing of tax returns (GST, VAT, TDS, income tax, etc.) and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally similar ERP systems). Advanced MS Excel skills and good analytical abilities. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
