Job Title: Mid & Senior Full-Stack Developer (3-8 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development

  using modern TypeScript-based applications with React, Next.js, and Node.js/NestJS

• Architect and implement

  Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Single Page Applications (SPA) solutions

• Design and optimize

  database schemas and queries for both SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and MongoDB

• Build robust backend APIs

  using NestJS framework with proper authentication, authorization, and validation

• Implement DevOps practices

  including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment automation

• Collaborate cross-functionally

  to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions

• Mentor junior developers

  and establish coding standards and best practices

• Optimize application performance

  for speed, scalability, and user experience

Required Technical Skills

Core Technologies

• 3-8 years

  of professional full-stack development experience

• Expert-level TypeScript

  proficiency across frontend and backend

• Advanced React ecosystem

  knowledge (React 18+, hooks, context, performance optimization)

• Next.js expertise

  including App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR, and API routes

Database & Data Management

• SQL databases

• Rendering strategies

  : SSR, SSG, SPA implementation and optimization

  (Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, caching strategies)

Backend & API Development

• RESTful API design
